The 24th Conference of the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language in Poland

Już po raz kolejny zapraszamy wszystkich maturzystów na cykl spotkań w ramach Salonu Maturzystów Perspektywy 2015 , który odbędzie się w 16 ośrodkach akademickich naszego kraju. Podczas tej największej w Polsce edukacyjnej kampanii informacyjnej przedstawiciele Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego zaprezentują ofertę edukacyjną uczelni i odpowiedzą na pytania kandydatów. Obecni na targach pracownicy Działu Rekrutacji na Studia UJ oraz Działu Promocji i Informacji UJ będą udzielać informacji o zasadach kwalifikacji na studia, limitach przyjęć, harmonogramie rekrutacji, sposobie rejestracji na studia, przywilejach oferowanych olimpijczykom i konkursowiczom, a także o systemach stypendialnych, przyznawaniu akademików i życiu studenckim w Uniwersytecie Jagiellońskim.

The aim of the conference is to discuss issues of designing and stimulating changes in morality, habits and mores of societies. Lectures (in English) and discussions (in English or Polish) are planed. This event is part of the scientific conference series "Morality Design in Management Science". Conference is financed by the Institute of Economics, Finance and Management of the Jagiellonian University. There is no conference fee. A reviewed publication is planned. Papers (in the APA style, up to 12 pages - 20 000 signs) should be sent to 379(at)wp.pl before September 30, 2015 .

The primary aim of the conference is to familiarize the participants with the concept of palliative medicine and its significant role in the care of the terminally ill. Many people, including members of the patients' families and – unfortunately - even doctors and nurses, lack sufficient knowledge on what the specific target group of this kind of treatment is and what sort of problems and challenges it involves.
